By accessing and using the business compliance services provided at compliara.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services Overview

Compliara delivers a range of solutions to support regulatory filings, document preparation, and compliance guidance for businesses of various sizes. All services are provided subject to these terms.

3. Purchase Categories

3.1 Business Compliance Services

These services include incorporation support, annual report filings, agent services, and related consulting. Standard service fees are due at purchase. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date provided no filings have been submitted on your behalf. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. You may transfer a standard service to a future date by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.

Expedited services are non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation. This policy ensures that priority processing commitments are met and resources are reserved exclusively for your requirements.

3.2 Information Products

Digital products such as guides, templates, and tutorials are delivered electronically. All sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience download issues or corrupted files, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment source.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials ordered through the site may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us for authorization. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued following inspection and approval of the return.

4. Refund Policy

Compliara is committed to client satisfaction. To request a refund, please contact our support team via contact.php. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds for services and physical goods are processed within 10 business days of approval. For digital products, refunds are completed within 3 business days of request approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Transfers of service credits may be offered at our discretion for certain service categories when refunds are not available.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Compliara be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
